Goal Setting
Here are some goal setting techniques for those with ADD or those working with an ADD child.
Goal Setting
- Identify a passion (goal).
- Identify characteristics, talents, and attributes needed for achieving the goal.
- List your strengths.
- List characteristics you need to attain goal.
- Choose characteristics to work on.
- Find Mentors and trainers to assist you.
- Look for a training partner.
- Determine difficulties you may face and plan how to overcome
- How will you evaluate progress?
- Write a goal contract.
- Affirmations for daily use.
- Celebrate the process. Remember to enjoy the way not just the goal.
